Double bed in houseshare 15 mins from Brixton

Hello! We have a double room available in a three-storey terraced house, 5 mins from Loughborough Junction station (and 15 mins walk from Brixton). It has a garden with table and chairs to sit in the summer and some fruit growing, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and all four rooms are a decent size with double beds. The room on offer is on the top floor overlooking the garden, and has space for a desk.

We are an all female household, and the three people staying work in the arts and charity sectors. The person moving out has stayed here for 5.5 years and is moving in with a partner. It's a really friendly, sociable home - we sometimes cook for each other, hang out and watch TV together and are looking for a like-minded housemate to join. We're currently an all LGBTQ+ household and would particularly welcome an LGBTQ+ housemate.

Bills are generally about £100 a month, and that includes everything, from council tax (band E) to internet. The move in date may be a bit flexible but would definitely be in mid/late June.
