PS: Only 2 of us will be sharing the house.

The bedroom boasts ample space and storage, perfect for remote workers with a dedicated setup if needed. Rent, including bills, is £1,200 per month. Bills cover council tax, electricity, underfloor heating, water, unlimited data broadband and cleaning cost (every 2 weeks) of your room, bathroom and shared spaces.

Shared spaces: fully equipped Kitchen/ Dining, Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, Living room & Terrace with outdoor seating, parasol and a BBQ grill.

Coffee & Sparkling water machines available for your use if needed, access to Netflix and Prime TV also included.

On rare occasions, I enjoy hosting friends for meals, and you're more than welcome to join if you'd like. Rest assured, I'll notify you beforehand, and your peace and privacy will be respected at all times. I'm past my wild partying days, so it'll be lovely to pair up with someone similar. Also, currently learning Spanish as a second language, so si hablas español, ¡eso es una ventaja!
