Sharing the penthouse and bills with two working professionals, each with our own en-suite rooms. Our new flatmate will enjoy the epic views of the Thames and Canary Wharf. There is air conditioning/hot air heating throughout the apartment.
The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven and fridge-freezer.
The kitchen and living room have access to the balcony which goes around the apartment to the terrace. The terrace is great for enjoying the view with friends.
The living room is spacious and faces the Thames and arguably has one of the best views of London.
Although the available room is complete with an en-suite toilet and shower, there is also a shared guest bathroom which contains a bath, shower and toilet.
The apartment is completely secure and served by a concierge.

The property is in council tax band E. This is split 3 ways with the other tenants along with electricity and water bills.
