About flat-mates:
You would be sharing with 2 women (a nurse and a health PhD student) in their late twenties; we are looking for a friendly, sociable and relaxed nurse/shift worker, preferably female.

Rooms:
The large double room available is located on the top floor and includes a double bed (with a mattress that has always had a topper), chest of drawers, 2 built in wardrobes, 2 bed side tables, mirror and curtains. Shared living room fully furnished with 2 sofas, coffee table, tv and two book cases. Shared kitchen fully equipped with amenities for all to use. The flat has 2 bathrooms, one which is an en-suite and the other which would be shared with you and another flat mate.

Location:
Located in SE17, a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus to Elephant and Castle (Northern and Bakerloo Line) Tube and Railway station. 3 minute walk from bus stop with many routes (172, 168, 363, 63, 453, 53, 21). Good location for Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital or King’s College Hospital with direct buses only taking 20 minutes.

Rent and Utilities:
Rent: £800 a month
Bills: £120 a month (internet, water, electricity, council tax band D)
