We are 2 friends and a small dog, looking for a third housemate to join our home ✨

There are many buses in the high street to get to North Greenwich (Jubilee line) in less than 10 minutes ( zone2) and 8 minutes walking Westcombe Park station for trains ( zone 3) .

The house is 5 walking minutes from Ikea, and 15 walking minutes from Greenwich Shopping Park with all the main grocery stores and gyms and many other stores.

The bedroom is sunny and is located overlooking the backyard, with double Ikea wardrobe and queen bed with side storage and a comfortable mattress.

At £700 a month, all bills average £110- 140 a month.

The house is located in a quiet street, featuring a long backyard, parking space and a loft for storage.
Ground floor: living room, kitchen, toilet and a small storage room.
First floor: 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The house is carpeted, it is fully furnished and equipped.
