Ensuite with private bathroom, sharing kitchen with four other roommates. (They are currently gone, but may also sublet to others). One Small double bed.
Room has table and chairs, trash can, closet, cabinets. There is extra storage space by lifting the bedpan🛏️

4 minutes walk to the bus stop and 8 minutes to the subway station. There is reception to help with storage of deliveries. The apartment also has common laundry room, lounge space, study room and terrace.

🥐☕️ This apartment has free breakfast on weekdays and daily 24-hour coffee maker📢 And if the furniture is broken, it is easy for you to check with the apartment for repair.

Residency is from 30th June to 12th September and your check in can be later♥️ I will contact the apartment and help pay for cleaning before you move in
Short term rentals of one month or more are accepted but require you to pay for the full rental period and I will transfer the excess payment to you on a UK card. The transaction is done through the official contract of the apartment.

🚶12 minutes' walk to KCL Waterloo Campus, 23 minutes to Strand Campus, and 20 minutes to Guy's Campus.
And it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the LCC.
