Great double room near Edgware Road station!

Hello,

I am moving rooms in the flat a someone else is moving out so looking to rent my room out for the rest of the tenancy (end of August) and if you want to stay you will be able to extend with the agency!

The room is a decent size and come with basic furniture (as seen in the first photos (I have added some more and laid it out a little differently) but there is plenty of space to make it your own.

Bills are all included in the rent as well which is great and makes it really easy.

The flat is perfectly location within a 2 minute walk of Edgware Road station and 10 minutes from Paddington in the big red brick buildings. With it being a few streets off Edgware Road there are loads of food options nearby but really quite as we aren't on the main road. The room also backs onto the internal courtyard so no car or anything either.

There is myself and 4 girls in the flat, generally speaking the flat is pretty chilled out as we are all working but we all get along well so looking for someone to fit in with us as well!

A bit from the agency
Ideally you will be a professional who has passed their probation or is able to provide a guarantor. There may be some flexibility in that but that will have to be agreed with the agency as you will be signing the contract directly with them.

As it is taking over a contract the final steps will be with the agency but it would be great to have a chat with you and show you the room/flat ahead of all of that.

We will be doing "viewings" on Saturday/Sunday 22nd and 23rd as well as the following weekend, if you message on here we will let you know when a good time is. As I work during the day I may get back to you in the evening!
