I have a golden retriever called Mylo so must be dog friendly - he loves people!
Total monthly rent £1150 includes furnished, ensuite double room with large built in wardrobe, bed and bedside tables.
Shared living room and kitchen with a balcony off lounge.
There is a concierge, gym, pool and spa plus work space all included in the rent.
Close to Alexandra Palace and Hornsey train stations (10min walk) which gets you to Finsbury Park (Victoria line) in 5 minutes. It’s walking distance to Piccadilly line at Turnpike Lane / Wood Green for excellent links to the city. You can also be in Highbury & Islington in 8mins, and from there catch the Victoria line too.
Looking for someone to share with who enjoys a healthy, active lifestyle and likes home to be a calm place to relax away from the busyness of the city. I like to keep my home tidy and would like to share with someone else who is respectful of shared spaces too.
Secure bike storage included.
Currently there are building works out the front of the building’s main entrance (building the pool!) but, once inside the flat, the building works are not seen or heard.
