Massive double in new flat share - Finsbury Park

My twin and I are looking for a 3rd flatmate for the downstairs bedroom on a 3 bed in Finsbury Park

It's fully furnished, bills included. Really nice landlord
Available from 23rd July.
In the room the wardrobes are staying and the landlord has said you can help pick the other furniture you'd like in the room (or use your own if that's your preference)

There is bike storage, full bathroom and separate toilet.
There are 3 rooms, we'd all be moving in together, currently put the price as split evenly between the rooms, though suggest we decide the split as they are different sizes etc.

Sarah: During the week I see friends for dinner or go to the theatre. During the weekend I like exploring London going to gigs, exhibitions or out with friends. I am a product designer at HSBC in Canary Wharf

Laura: I have 3 adorable guinea pigs. I wfh on Mon and Fri. I play cello in an amateur orchestra. I enjoy yoga and working out.

We would like someone who is looking for a home. Who wants to keep the place clean and tidy. Is up for a drink/movie night from time to time
