Oversized spacious double room

We’re a house of 3 girls and 1 guy who regularly socialise and spend time together but also have our own lives and respect each other’s privacy. Aged between 26-27, all working professionals with a mix of hybrid working.

A large fully furnished bright and spacious room on the first floor which includes a desk, fridge, double bed, built in wardrobe, couch and loads of storage.

In the house we have a back garden perfect for summer bbqs and chilling. Two toilets, one bathroom, living area and kitchen. All bills and WiFi included with an occasional cleaner also.

Situated on a quiet road just a two minute walk away from Downhills park which covers 30 acres including a basketball court, tennis court, outdoor gym, picnic area and cafe.

The high street is 7 minutes away with all the great amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, cinemas and banks. The Mall Wood Green has a wide variety of shops including TK Maxx, Boots, H&M, Next, Sports Direct and many more.

Good transport connection to central London. Turnpike Lane tube station (Piccadilly line) is only a 7 minute walk away.

The room is for single occupancy with no pets or smoking. We have a good dynamic in the house so we’re looking for a clean, fun and social person to fit in. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly for our mixed household.
