The Apt is where we relax/eat/drink/ work/chat and sleep. So no couples please.

Our ideal new room mate would be calm, self contained, friendly, Adult, respectful of current flatmates, and the Apt generally.
Must be in full time 9-5 type work, TIDY and respectful of others need for peace and quiet - These are our key requirements please.

Everything you need is on the doorstep pretty much, and at the weekends it's so pretty and 'villagey' it feels like you're outside of London. It's a lovely area.

We're also potentially renting the smaller room (£525 pcm) and will rent out whichever room gets the most interest. Please see separate spare room Ad for this.
