New studio conversion in London Fields

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my studio flat in London Fields!

It’s newly converted and absolutely lovely - lots of storage, huge windows and thoughtfully designed.

It is 2 mins walk from Broadway Market, very near London Fields and Victoria Park. There are lots of lovely independent shops and cafes in the area, and there’s always lots to do.

The landlord is a dream (he literally sends someone over the same day to fix anything which is broken). He’s about to install double glazing. Pets are accepted.

The apartment comes with a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, a built in wardrobe and a built in bed nook (with loads of storage underneath it). I would also consider selling some of my furniture to the incoming tenants.

I’ve moving in with a friend (saving for a house deposit) so sadly have to leave this beautiful property.

The council tax band for Hackney Council is Band A.

Ps: there is a restaurant kitchen over the internal courtyard (see last photo) but they do not operate during the morning/after 9pm. The double glazing will cut out any sound.
