I am subletting my gorgeous double room,
in a spacious 2-bedroom ”loft” located in the heart of Shoreditch (EC2A) at an amazing location! Move in and move out dates are very flexible, but the room is available from the beginning of July till late September.

You will be living with my friend Sierra (22 yo) who is a graduate from UAL and now works in fashion & social media management. Sierra is very social, easy-going and truly the loveliest flatmate & friend :) I am a 24-year-old professional working in the film industry, but I am currently living abroad which is why the room is available.

Our beautiful top floor ”loft” has a large and cosy living room/kitchen area with a smart TV. The bedroom is the largest one of the two and will come fully furnished, with a king size bed and the most amazing, high-quality memory foam mattress! The room also has a work desk & chair etc, all the necessities.

The area is filled with popular restaurants, pubs, clubs and shops - everything you could ever need is within a walking distance! The building has a private and secure courtyard which is very serene and because we’re on the top floor, you can barely hear the noises from the street. Please note some of the pictures in the advert are bit old, so the flat’s decor etc has changed a bit since!

The rent is £1000/month, bills are not included but won’t be no more than £50-60/month total.
