Rooms in a spacious Victorian House, E7

Two bedrooms to rent in four bedroom, spacious property, in well-connected Forest Gate, E7. Location is a 10 minute walk to Forest Gate station (Elizabeth Line) 7 mins to Woodgrange Park (Suffragette Line). The stunning Wanstead Flats is also close by.

I am looking for 2 housemates to move in on the 15th August, when my family move to Finland for a period of 18 months. During that period I will be travelling between Finland and the UK.

When in the UK I plan to keep access to the property and stay in one of the bedrooms.

The bedrooms will be let fully furnished and housemates will have use of all communal space (also furnished). The photos posted here are accurate representations of the size of the rooms but not at all of their current decorated state, so viewing is necessary.

My wife and I are academics and we will leave all our books on the shelves in the sitting room and dining room. We will also be using the cellar space for storage. However, you will have use of the whole house. A tumble drier, extra freezer and additional room for food storage is in the cellar.

The largest double bedroom Is offered for £700 per month and the other two double bedrooms for £650 each (or £1350 total - for whole house + me). Some bills are included: Council Tax, Water, Internet. We are in council tax band E.

Electric and Gas will be charged seperatly and based on actual usage (I will pay my share for the period I am in the house).

We would prefer to rent to a group of Post-Graduate students, a family, or a group of professionals who are already known to one another. We want people who are respectful, clean and friendly.
