August room sublet in E5 Lower Clapton, Hackney

Hello! I'm looking to sublet my room for 5 weeks 26 July-30 August (can potentially be flexible).

The room: on the middle floor of a Victorian house on a quiet, leafy street in Lower Clapton, just off Chatsworth Road. It is quiet and cool, overlooking the garden with a double bed, large desk and plenty of storage.

The house: You will be staying in a friendly houseshare with six other considerate and easygoing housemates aged 29-41 (English and Spanish-speaking). I have lived here for six years and can assure that they will make you feel welcome and at home. We do like to hang out together as well as do our own thing - this is not a mad party house. There is a weekly cleaner, a shared living room, two bathrooms, a large kitchen/dining room (2 hobs/2 sinks/2 fridges), basement for storage and a garden with BBQ.

Location: We are next to Millfields Park, just off Chatsworth Road, with the canal, Hackney Marshes and Olympic Park within a short walk. Around 15-20 minute walk to Hackney Central, Dalston and Stoke Newington. There are lots of bus routes, and Clapton, Homerton & Hackney overground stations are all within a 10-20 minute walk. From there you can also connect to the tube.

I am asking for £825 for the five-week sublet to cover my rent, all bills and house expenses (toilet roll etc). Please message if you have any questions at all!
