This room is in a first floor (no lift) shared 3 bedroom flat in a prime location, located on the bottom floor of a maisonette-style apartment. It has a shared kitchen and bathroom. No living room.

The room comes with a bed but I might leave some more furniture behind for free if preferred

The flat is located on a leafy, picturesque street just minutes away from local amenities, and is incredibly well connected with public transport (Central line from Bethnal Green, Overground from Bethnal Green, Cambridge Heath and Hoxton, and 8/26/55/388 bus routes.)

Columbia Road flower market and Broadway Market weekend markets are just around the corner. Big tesco on Bethnal Green road is 5 mins away.

The current lease ends 31st August, though depending on my move out dates, this can be flexible for earlier.

The flat is relaxed and quiet, and the current housemate is looking for someone to match this (myself and another tenant are leaving, so you'll be sharing with one professional male who WFH and another person).
