Hi all,

I have a double room in a bright, two bedroom flat in Stratford/Maryland, available from 1 August 2024 (although with flexibility in dates from mid July).

Well situated a 10 min walk from Maryland (Elizabeth Line), 13 min from Leyton (Central) and 15-20 from Stratford. A great range of shops, cafes, places to eat and events around in each direction.

The room comes with furniture such as double bed, wardrobe and desk...The flat has 1 bathroom, kitchen and a good sized living/dining space with nice full length windows that overlook a small park. The Olympic Park, Hackney Marshes and Wanstead Flats are also all nearby for a wander/jog/cycle.

Bills are not included, and come to about £145-£150 a month.

You'd be living with one other flatmate (me, 32 💖💜💙) - commonly found taking part in various musical activities, swing dancing and occasionally loitering about the house.
