Sublet Cozy attic studio mid Sept for 1,5 month

Hello!! This lovely refurbished attic ensuite studio (with private kitchen too) will be available for sublet as we will be away for approx 10/7-10/9. It is a very warm, high standard, clean, bright and tidy studio and we are looking for someone who will preserve it and keep it clean. Everything you will need is in the studio, (incl. Kettle, microwave, oven, fridge, hairdryer, storage space) apart from the washing machine, which is shared with 3 more lovely super friendly girls who live in the first floor. There is also one extra kitchen and living room on the ground floor and one extra bathroom, but you won't need to use them, as they are shared between the other roomates and you have your own!
(The rent is 950/ month but can be devided to less, reflecting the exact amount of days you stay) The studio is
- 8' from Maryland station (Elizabeth line z.3)
-10' from Leyton station (central line, zone 3)
-15' from Westfield and Stratford station (zone 2)(central, overground, Elizabeth, jubilee, DLR lines) and
-there is a bus station 1' away, with the buses 339, 85 and 69 (24hour). It is a reeeally lovely place to stay , which combines the potential of roomates to socialise and you having your own private studio same time!
