Short-let in beautiful home in Leyton

Large, beautiful room to rent July, August and Sept, close to Walthamstow Center.

Hi, we are a female-only, creative, quirky, beautiful household in North Leyton, a 15 min walk from Walthamstow Center tube station. It's a 5 bedroom house and there are 4 of us. I've taken some time off work and plan to be away for some months, so I'd like to rent out my room (in the photos). Available for 3 months from now till end Sept (start/end dates are flexible)

We are looking for someone open minded, queer friendly, and super lovely, who would fit the house vibe. The house is not a party house (rarely) but we are very party friendly people. It is a fairly quiet house post 10pm weekdays because we all work, so it might not suit a night owl.

The house has been a bit of a project house - it's gotten a facelift but there are still bits and bobs left to paint/floor and decor, so it might not suit someone who likes everything perfect. We are quite a chill household, but we value cleanliness. I'm hoping to find someone who loves plants and can keep mine mostly alive. You'd be welcome to plant some more in the garden as it really could use some greenery! Sorry, but no pets due to some allergies in the house. DM me if you have questions.
