☀️Summer Sublet in Limehouse ☀️

Howdy future flatmate!

I'm Megan, I work full time in Westminster. My housemate is moving in with his partner in the coming week(s) so looking for someone to take over his tenancy until October 3rd (with the potential to extend)

I also share the flat with my amazing housemate Ellie who is a part time masters student studying Urban Studies at UCL.

We are both very sociable, love going out for drinks and a boogie as well as going out for meals, but equally enjoy chill movie nights with some snacks.

The rent for the room is £670 a month (without bills - which usually come to around £100 per month). We're in council tax band C.

We have a large lounge and kitchen as well as a balcony which is ideal for the summer months!

The flat is only a 7 minute walk from Limehouse DLR or a 15 minute walk to Mile End so it's super convenient. We also have a Lidl and a Tesco Express just around the corner (as well as many mannnny take aways if your as fast food inclined as we are).
