We currently have a lovely double room available for let.

The flat is about a 5 minute walk from Limehouse Station (DLR & C2C). With the DLR, you can get to Bank or Canary Wharf in about 10 - 15 minutes, and the C2C takes you to Fenchurch Station in around 5 minutes. There is a Tesco Express, Sainsbury Local and a Lidl nearby, as well as some takeaway restaurants. PureGym is also across the road - less than a minute walk away.

The flat is fully furnished, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each flatmate has their own bathroom), as well as a shared living room/kitchen area. Standard appliances i. e. washing machine, stove, oven, fridge microwave etc are included. There is also a balcony that overlooks the canal; it's a great spot to view lovely sunsets. The complex is secure, and a concierge is available to collect your parcels if you're not in.

Rent is £760 per month, and bills (council tax, electricity, gas and fibre internet) are around £90 per month (per flatmate). A month's deposit is also required, prior to moving in.

I'm pretty chilled and enjoy socialising as flatmates from time to time; however, I respect people's privacy and everyone having their own lives.

The landlord is easy going and is very responsive if we have an issue.
