A nice, bright double bedroom available from 1st of July for a professional female in a clean and quiet 3-bed house. Maximum 3 people with new flatmate.

The room:
Double bed with comfy mattress, large wardrobe, 1 or 2 chest of drawers (according to your needs), smart light bulbs, fold down table with components, carpeted room. Shelves can be added. The room will be freshly painted.

The house:
3-bed semi-detached with open plan kitchen/lounge (fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine etc, dining table, sofa), sunny garden. The bedroom is located upstairs with another double bedroom and a family bathroom. With own storage places in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom will be only shared with the current female flatmate. Fast Virgin broadband, double glazed windows and doors, gas central heating.

We are both from Hungary turning 40 this year. We like to socialise, but also respect each others space and time.
We're looking for a professional flatmate to join us.

The rent is £830 a month including all bills, cleaning products, kitchen towel.
Deposit is £620 with 1 month notice period for both parties.
A lodger agreement will be made between the parties.

Leytonstone high road stn (overground) 8 mins walk, Leytonstone, Leyton, Maryland, Stratford stations (Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth lines, DLRs, National Rail, Overgrounds) 10-15 mins. GP, pharmacy, Dental Practice, 24-hour off-licence, cafes, Tesco express, B&M, parks 1-5 mins walk, bus stop (257, 339, W14) 1 min, gyms, swimming pool 1-3 mins.
