Good transport links, bus stop outside (buses 122 178 321 621 N21) regular buses to Lewisham station/DLR including night buses..
10 mins walk to Lee station (direct link to London Bridge, London Cannon street, Waterloo East and London Charing Cross)
5 mins walk to Sainsbury's supermarket.
All bills included (council tax/gas/electricity/water/fibre broadband /service charge)
Flat is fully furnished, including double bed/mattress with built in drawers and wardrobe. Beddings not provided.
Plenty of free parking outside and a personal locked bike shed if needed.
This room is for single person only so no couples please.
Please note this is a female preferred room as the 2 current tenants are both females so on their behalf they prefer another female tenant to move in.
