Please note, the pictures shown are quite out of date (will update this week), we have changed the furniture configuartion and plan to change it agin soon. Our kitchen counter is now a black marble effect. Also, our white leather sofa is now showing serious signs of age (we've had it more than ten years), we plan to replace this by the end of summer.

We have a double room available in our two bedroom two bathroom flat, which is on the third floor of a newly built block of flats (15 years old).

ROOM
The room is good sized double room and furnished. Big window with morning sun and light carpet. The second bathroom (large bathroom with bath and shower attachment) basically belongs to the room as the other room has its own en-suite (although visitors will occasionally use this bathroom as it is the main bathroom for the flat, we have an en-suite).

FLAT
Modern, spacious living room/kitchen with lots of light. Kitchen has all mod cons w fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer etc. Wooden lmainte flooring except in the bedrooms. Small balcony with evening sun.

LOCATION
The flat is located between Kilburn Park tube (5min walk) and Queens Park tube (7 min walk). We have all the shops of kilburn high road as well as queens park with its lovely pubs, shops and farmers market. The park is close by and good connections to town (night bus app. 30 min to Oxford Circus) as well as to Camden, Maida Vale, Notting Hill etc.

COSTS & AVAILABILITY
The flat is £1100 per calendar month for a single Person. (We will consider couples for shorter lets) This includes council tax and all other bills. The deposit is one months rent and the room is available from the 1st of July (later move in date is fine).

FLATMATE/FLATMATES
We are a professional couple in mid 40´s, busy with work but when at home like to relax with a drink or two.
