Double Bedroom with En-Suite - 2 bed Flat, Kilburn

ABOUT:
I am relocating for a job and need to find a replacement tenant by the 1st of August. You would be signing on towards the end of the current tenancy (renews October the 15th) but would need to renew for another year.

LOCATION:
The flat is off Kilburn High Rd so is close to loads of amenities such as, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and the doctors is a 30 second walk from the house. Located only a 10 minute walk from Queens Park. Situated a 2 minute walk from Brondesbury Overground and a 5 minute walk from Kilburn underground station (Jubilee line) so it has great transport links.

THE ROOM:
The room is fully furnished and has an ensuite, loads of storage and has a sky light window so the room is very bright and open and has a black out blind. You would be living with one other person, he’s a lovely guy - 27 and wfh but is out most evenings, the flat is nice and quiet and he would like someone who is respects it isn’t a party house.

RENT:
£750 this inc bills and internet is £17 paid separately by us. This will be going up to £800 p/m on October 15th, still inc bills. The rent is paid on the 15th of each month and as I need to move out ideally by the 1st of August so you would need to pay £360 (15 days) towards the rent between 15th July - 15th August. Deposit is £775.

REQUIREMENTS:
A reference from your current landlord. Employment and salary confirmation letter, last 3 months payslips/bank statements and a copy of your passport. No students.
