We have a double room to let in a 4-bed house with a large back garden in zone 2 North London, NW5, from 13th July 2024.

We are 3 women (ages 25-27) looking for 1 working professional to move into our spare room.

The flat is newly refurbished, really light, has 2 bathrooms, a living room, a large eat-in kitchen, and a garden.

The flat is rented as unfurnished. However, we have furnished the kitchen and lounge. The current tenant moving out is looking to sell some of their bedroom furniture to the new tenant but this will require discussion.

£625 pm + bills (approx. £90).

We are very active - love running, yoga and going the heath for a swim!

We like to chat in the kitchen in the evening but also respect each other's independence and privacy. During the day we are very busy and value time on our own.

The flat is super clean and tidy with large windows and lots of light. The kitchen has a washing machine, 4 hob cooker, microwave, and 2 large fridge freezers.
