A great location in a typical picturesque Edwardian London street, it is just 4 minutes to Kensal Green tube and 10 minutes to Kensal Rise stations, and a stone's throw to Notting Hill!

The flat is further split into several levels, it has a fully tiled/mirrored bathroom with a toilet, a second separate toilet, and a kitchen/diner. There is both a w/machine and a dryer. It is airy and provides each tenant with a large room; rather than a lounge, there is a kitchen/diner offering a very nice common area for the tenants. The flat is not a party place, really, and is ideally suitable for those, who enjoy the privacy of their own room.

Kensal Green is a wonderful, safe area with all amenities, a huge Sainsbury supermarket is just 10 minutes away, and there are pubs, take-aways, etc. Aside from the tube and rail, there are also many buses and for those with their own transport, there is residents' street parking. There is a lot of greenery with many parks around.

Street parking is free in the evenings and during weekends, and a full permit guaranteeing 24-hour parking is inexpensive.

I am looking for a single, non-smoking tenant and ideally, a longer let - one of the tenants has been living in the flat for 23+ years.
Please note that the bills are on top of the rent and shared among the tenants, currently approx. £125 per month incl. Council Tax Band C. There are both cable and BT sockets in the room for TV/Broadband.
