- 10min walk to 3 different Gyms (PureGym, TheGym & Castle Centre )
- 12 min walk to Burgess Park (tennis court, cute cafes)
- Close to Battersea Powerstation & Elefant and Castle Park
- 5/10min tube ride to Charing Cross & London Bridge

- King size bed with a new mattress and mattress topper (literally 3 weeks old) – feels like sleeping on a cloud
- Tons of storage: massive wardrobe & built-in wardrobe with chest of drawers, and shelfs & space for a big desk if you are planning on working from home
- Newly installed blinds

Shared Spaces:
- Living Room: Lovely and bright, perfect for relaxing or socialising. Got all the subscriptions( Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, …)
- Big Kitchen: Equipped with a washer/dryer and a dishwasher(yey)
- Shared Bathroom: small but has everything you could need! Bonus: Massive shower with great water pressure

Amazing Landlord:
- Very responsive and resolves any issues within days.
- agreed to repaint walls in bathroom& kitchen

**Dog-Friendly:**
- The landlord allowed my small dog without any issues, and the current flatmates are big dog lovers, literally adopted my dog within minutes. Lots of green spaces/ parks around & small courtyard in the front for emergency situations.

Most importantly your new flatmates!
You'll be sharing the flat with 2 super lovely professional females. They have been friends for years and are very relaxed, friendly, tidy, helpful, respectful and always up for a nice chat.
