Double room with small sink on second floor. Some room to store/hang clothes. Small bureau as desk space. Room overlooks trees and park green. (Surprisingly) green area. The house has 2 bathrooms and downstairs loo in utility. Pretty city garden with bench and chairs.
Occupied by couple who are frequent work travellers so not always in present (female guest preferred as female in residence alone more often). Need reliable, tidy, security conscious guest (obviously and no overnight guests apart (perhaps) from exceptional with notice and advance consent). Potentially available from mid-August. Good bus connections to West End (159), Victoria (3), Holborn (59), City (59/344) and Kensington (360). Victoria/Bakerloo and Northern lines all within about 10 minutes' walk. Walkable to Westminster/Whitehall. House is light and clean. (I use public bikes mostly around city!). Bills generally included on fair use basis. In Division Bell area (new MP!!:))
Professional, mature guest sought. Actual availability depends on some work plans, but early enquiries will get preference and we will be clear as possible on availability/timing. Offers/proposals considered.
