Bright double room in a big 3bed 2.5bath house in Kennington, 2 minutes from Kennington Park & 5 minutes from Kennington Station.

Sharing with 2 sociable professionals - Pia & Doug. Pia works in advertising and Doug is a lawyer. We’re very relaxed, but like a tidy and clean home and tend to keep hosting to small gatherings. We usually WFH 2/3 days a week and like to cook and chill most weekday eves, then the usual pub and other antics on the weekend. Looking for someone who is keen to hang out and host together occasionally but equally has their own plans.

The bedroom has one big built in wardrobe, with space for a dresser/hanging rail (bed, mattress & desk come with the room). You will be sharing a (very spacious) bathroom with 1 other person (Pia). The other room has an en-suite and there’s a guest bathroom downstairs.

Communal area has a cosy living room with open plan dining room and a separate eat-in kitchen with a garden out back (BBQ too!).

Great location with plenty of nice pubs, cafes and supermarkets nearby (24/7 Nisa local around the corner & Tesco superstore less than 10 min walk). Close to tube (5 mins to Kennington & 15 mins to Vauxhall) but tucked away on a quiet, tree-lined street!

Also lots of Santander cycles/Lime bikes around the corner, and a stones throw to the park & close to the Thames.

Bills are not included and usually range from £160-170 per person, per month. Deposit £1,125
