Double room to rent near Kennington with en-suite

Hi I am Floriana current flatmate . I will have a room free from the 1st of August as my current flatmate is leaving. The flat is 5 min walk from Kennington station and 5 min from Walworth Road so plenty of choice for commuting , buses and station. Easy to go anywhere. There is lots of supermarket close by . Tesco, Morrison , Sainsbury etc. The bills are not included but approximately £140 . The room is very good size and has an en-suite bathroom with shower . The whole flat is full of light and has lots of storage . There is a huge attic (please see pictures) plenty of storage .
You will be sharing the flat only with me .
I am an emergency worker so most of the time I am out at work , you will have the place for yourself . I am very active and love outdoors activity . The house is clean and tidy and I am looking for someone who is respectful , tidy and able to live in harmony with each other. Definitely not a party house but I would like to find somebody sociable and have dinner together when we are not busy. I like cooking as well so you ll have the joy of some Italian food !
