Spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom & a big shared living room available for short term stay in a modern home with a social flatmate.

Ideal if you are new to city and would require some settling in time or for a brief summer stay.

Space is fully furnished and equipped with fantastic work from home set up. Available for a 1.5 - 2 month sublet. There is slight flexibility in dates if interested, we can discuss.

I will be away from London in summer and looking to temporarily sublet my room. Looking for someone, who is reliable, good company, tidy and respects the space. My flatmate is a male technology professional, tidy, chill and well mannered.

The house is on a leafy street, 5 mins walk from Caledonian Road station. Kings Cross, Camden, Angel, Highbury and Hampstead are a stone through away.

Rental agency are great and reliable. Amenities include easy access to Sainsburys, Waitrose, Tesco and Morrisons. The Better tennis centre, gym, yoga centres etc. are under 7 mins away. There is a pretty local park in the neighbourhood.
