Spacious double room in beautiful Islington 🌿

We’re looking for a new (MALE) flatmate in his late 20s - early/mid 30s who’d take this gorgeous, spacious double room in Islington.

About the flat & your room:
- 3 bedroom with shared kitchen & dining space
- Islington, nearest tube station: Caledonian Road; bus station right across the road; walkable distance to Kings Cross
- Very spacious room, sharing the bathroom with just one flatmate (other room is en-suite)

We’re looking for a full time professional, a guy, who’s planning to stay longterm, starting July 24th. Someone who is friendly, quiet, very clean and considerate. We’re very friendly but, most of the time, we hang in our own rooms and go about our routine (the flat doesn’t have a living room). It’s not a party place and we’re not hosting people all the time so we’re looking for someone who’ll keep the place peaceful.

Maria (30) - Spanish, architect, hybrid working

Bills & council tax come around £145.
The room came unfurnished and the former flatmate is selling everything you see on the ad for £250.
