Hello - due to a change of circumstances of my flatmate - I am looking for someone to form a flat share for flat listed below (which I am looking to rent from July):
This is a 2 bedroom flat in Islington, aiming for 1 year tenancy starting in July. The flat has a large living room and kitchen, a balcony and a shared bathroom.
It is within walking distance of Canonbury and Highbury and Islington stations..
Council Tax band D
Rent is 2383 pcm to be shared between us, exclusive of bills - the flat is furnished to extent seen in pictures.
A bit about me: I am from France and have been living in the UK for 8 years, I work for the NHS (anaesthetic trainee in Stevenage at the moment). I enjoy a quiet evening at home and occasionally having friends and family over, and making the most of what London has to offer. I am mostly looking for someone keen to form a nice household where we can relax after the work day (mindful and reasonably tidy in common areas).
