Kitchen is shared and 'eat in' (not galley) and has a washing machine.

We can discuss times and schedules, so we both get the time and space we need.

Heating is electric and there is cavity wall insulation and double glazing so the flat doesn't get that cold at all.

I'm a semi-retired communications professional, now tutoring English in schools and I'm a charity trustee. I'm also an occasional dog walker (I absolutely love dogs!).

I'm quiet and at home most days (my party days are long gone!) so I'm looking for a lodger who likes the quieter life too.

I lived in this area for over 20 years and I love it. Not only is it super-central, there are some great food shops round the corner.

I love the land and nature. I'm vegetarian and I enjoy making the occasional tasty healthy dish.

I don't smoke. I'm vaccinated against Covid.

I have access to a community garden and a small plot. Neighbours regularly meet for some communal tasks. You are welcome to use my plot if you like!
