We have a lovely, fully-furnished double room available to rent in our friendly flat located less than a 5 min walk from Hoxton overground station.

The room is on the first floor of the house.

There is a large shared kitchen/living area between 4 flatmates.

We also have a sizeable patio area - a rare gem in East London!

Aside from being a stone's throw from Hoxton station, you can find yourself in Shoreditch within 10 mins and Dalston within 15. Old St station is a 15 min walk away and Liverpool St is approx 25 mins away.

In terms of current flatmates, we are Tim (Aus), Cam (NZ) and Dana (Rom) all in our early 30s who work in Finance, Renewable energy and Sustainability. We all get along and enjoy socialising as a house, but also enjoy enjoying doing our own thing.

Rent is £880 per month (inclusive of all bills) and the room is available to move into in 1st Aug. There's no deposit to pay and the landlords are super chill and responsive. They'd ideally like the new tenant to commit to a 6 month contract, however there is scope for flexibility.
