Bright room in renovated large home in HOP

Bedroom. The current bed is single and there’s a large/solid desk with an ergonomic chair.

THE ROOM. We are renting a comfortable sized and bright room in our four bedroom home to a mature female, 1 July onwards. The room has a single bed, a wardrobe, a shelf, a large desk and an ergonomic chair (pictures will be updated soon). A large and bright bathroom will be shared with one other female only.

THE HOUSE is modern, bright and spacious. The rooms are located in the first and second floor. In the ground-floor, there is a TV room and a large and fully equipped open-plan kitchen-diner-lounge. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. A cleaner comes in every two weeks.

THE PEOPLE. There are three female professional lodgers currently living in the house, each occupying their own bedroom, two of which have en-suites. We are currently away and are therefore renting the fourth bedroom for a limited period.

HONOR OAK PARK is a safe and relaxed neighbourhood. It is served by the overground and buses which connect quickly to Central London. The high street is just a few minutes walk away from the house and has a good number of cafes and restaurants.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Professional female with a daytime work schedule.
- 32 years or older.
- Quiet/ calm personality.
- No-smoker.
- Who is tidy and considerate towards the house and the other lodgers.
- Who will commit to abide by the house rules - see below.

HOUSE RULES
- Guests are only allowed on a exceptional basis (for example a friend/family visiting for a short period) and with our prior consent.
- Footwear worn outside must not be worn inside the house.
- No smoking/ vaping.

COST
- Rent is £700 inclusive of all utility bills and Council Tax.
- Deposit is £700.
