The sublet starts from July 7th until July 31st, the rent is £800 everything included and there's a possibility to take over the contract from August 1st.

The 2 flatmates are Italian, very friendly and like having meals together and hanging out together with their wider group of friends. They are very respectful of each other space and clean.
