Hello everyone, unfortunately my friend will be leaving the flat so I'm looking for someone to replace her from the 12th August.
The room will be in a 2 bed/ 2 bath flat . You will have your own bathroom ( external to the room).The flat is situated 3 minutes walk from holloway road station, in a building with reception and gym.
There will be a 50£ fee for the contract and it will extend until October. From October, there will be a 50£ rise in the rent
I'm looking for someone friendly, who I can build a relationship with but doesn't mind having some time for themselves to do their own things.
I work from home just once per week and at the office the other days. I am a football fan so will be at the pub or stadium at the weekend.
Professional preferred , no students at this time .
