We have two double bedrooms available for rent in a 4 bedroom flat, just off Holloway Road. It’s a terrace flat on a leafy street with a good sized light filled kitchen, an adjoining balcony looking over the terrace yards (full of trees!) & one bathroom.

The flat includes a washing machine, two fridges in the kitchen, shower over bath, wooden floors with carpeted stairs, large storage room for bikes or luggage.

Our flat is in a great location with only a 5 minute walk to Holloway station, and about a 15 minute walk to Finsbury park and Highbury & islington stations. We are also extremely close to various bus stops, as well as access to plenty of supermarkets at our doorstep.

We are both professional creatives looking to make a long term home with other like minded people. We enjoy having regular flat meals and drinks on the balcony and are looking for flatmates that this appeals to! We are also currently working with the landlady, making repairs & touch ups to the flat, as well as adding new furniture and art to make the space feel homely!

We are quite communal when it come to the kitchen, sharing mugs, plates and utensils, as well as basic household items such as tea, spices, cooking and baking ingredients. We have a rotating cleaning schedule, while also helping each other out with things around the flat. We are looking for people who are considerate of each person’s space and needs. As we want our flat to be a calm and safe space. This is not a party house, however, we are happy for friends & partners to come over. Our flat is LGBTQ+ friendly, left leaning and creative.

You’ll be living with two female, professional creatives:

Jo (25), a Jewellery designer working freelance, sometimes working from home, sometimes from the workshop. I love cooking, plants and design. I love sharing a bottle of wine, but wouldn't describe myself as a party animal!

Georgeena (29), a fashion designer, with a passion for shoes! I moved to London from Australia 2 years ago. I love to do yoga, travel, cooking and having a chat over a glass of wine or 3. I enjoy going out on the weekends to spend time with my friends checking out art, fashion or queer events and meeting new people.

**Room one - rent £650**

South facing double room with a huge window, super high ceilings and lots of light. This is the smallest room in the flat, but is really lovely to live in. The room comes with a brand new box bed (if wanted), small hanging shelves and a large chest of drawers.

**Room two- rent £690**

Top floor, double room with a window looking out to the back of the terrace yard (views of trees). The room has high ceilings, wooden floors and comes with a box bed, wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers and shelves.

**Bills (pcm):**

Bills are split evenly and approx £100 / pm (council tax, gas/water/electric, wifi). The flat is kept warm in the winter

council tax band E
**Tenancy:**

Available to move in from 2nd August, you will be added to the lease agreement when it renews on 2nd August for a 12-month contract. Rent is paid direct to landlady

**Accessibility:**

This is a 3 story flat, located in a terrace house on the second floor. The bathroom is on the first floor landing, which includes a shower over bath. One bedroom is located on the second floor & the second bedroom is on the third floor.
