En suite double room in Islington £1000/month

Unfortunately I am moving out of the country and looking for a lovely female professional (ideally in creative industry and no younger than 28 yo) to take over the lease from the end of July (happy to negotiate). It is a lovely en suite double room in Islington: approx. 15-20 mins waking distance to Archway, Holloway Road and Finsbury Park underground stations. Upper Holloway overground station is even closer and you can take a short bus ride to Highbury & Islington.

Bills are not included and we share the responsibility for paying them - the new flatmate would be responsible to pay water and internet. Total monthly bills are around £100 each (more during winter months).

The mattress, desk, desk chair and chest of drawers are mine but happy to sell them at a reasonable price.

My current flatmate is one of my best friends so its very important that the new person would treat this as a home rather than a party house, would keep it clean and in general looking for someone who will take the bins out without needing to ask. If the vibes align during the viewing then we would try to go our for a drink just to get to know you better. Please make sure to send more information about you when enquiring about the room.
