We are renting our quiet, clean, bright one-bedroom flat in a side street just off Holloway/Seven Sisters roads.
It's the top floor of a converted three-storey mid-terrace house. It's just been redecorated and professionally cleaned, so it's in very good condition.

It has gas central heating, double glazing in the bedroom, living room and kitchen, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
There is a bath/shower, plus plenty of storage space (including a decent-sized cupboard at the bottom of the stairs and a very useful pantry cupboard next to the kitchen, plus a decent storage cupboard upstairs).
We're looking for a new tenant or tenants, ideally professional, non-smoking and with no pets. Ideally we're looking for a one-year contract.
Please note, the freeholder is currently renovating the property, installing new double glazed windows and doors, and so there is scaffolding up. This will be removed by the time the new tenancy starts.
