Short-term let in beautiful 1-bed flat (Highgate)

Hi everyone,

I am renting out my flat for 1-2 months from September while I'm away travelling.

The flat is located in Highgate, just a 5-minute walk from Highgate and Archway tube stations where you can catch the Northern line. Also, the bus stop is right outside the flat, where you can get buses to popular spots like Islington, Crouch End, Muswell Hill and Camden.

The area is lovely. You can enjoy lots of green space in Hampstead Heath, Waterlowe Park, Highgate Wood, as well as the Parkland walk to Finsbury Park. You also have a Sainsbury, Co-op and several other independent grocers within a 2-10 minute walk.

The flat itself is clean and modern. There are modern appliances in the kitchen (including a dishwasher) and the living room has a TV with Sky, Netflix, etc. There is also a dedicated workspace with a monitor and USB-C connection.

You have everything you'll need in the flat including bed linen, kitchen utensils and crockery, towels, etc.

Overall, this is a comfortable and clean flat in a great area with easy connections to the best bits of London. This flat would suit an individual or couple looking for a short-term stay in London.

This is my own home and I am looking for someone who will be attentive, caring and communicative. I am willing to negotiate on the rent and dates for the right person.
