Room to rent

One nice big room for rent. Inside small freezer and small microwave can keep. Kitchen sheare but no freeze share. Only cooker and microwave and sink can be shared. Two toilet share. One bathroom shared. There is WiFi but inside the room signaling issue. Rent pay every 1st of month. No party. No loud music and no heavy drink. Smoking only allowed outside. Giving one months notice when leaving. Sort time rent allowed. Living with Muslim family but welcome any religious beliefs or non beliefs.

Any Couples welcome but rent will be increasing with discussion. This price only for one person.

1. Passport copy with legal visa (If couples then for both)
2. One work reference (If couples then for both)

3. A copy proof of address (If couples then for both)

Anyday can view From 12pm to 8pm.
