Double Room en-suite in a beautiful house

Shared living room

Hello there,

My flatmate is going back to his home country and I am looking for someone to share this beautiful flat.

The room comes with bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers and comes with private access to a large large bathroom with bath tub just for new flatmate use only.

There is very large shared living room, sofas and plants, and also a projector for cosy "cinema" nights. There's enough space to place a big desk in there, good if you work form home. The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped with washing machine, table and chairs and it is seperated from the living room which gives privacy when working from home in the living room., if thats is the case.

There's also a backyard, good for BBQs in the summer or just hanging out with friends and there's also available space to park a car in the drive way (off street).

I am the current flatmate, professional working as a project manager in the pharma business and I would be working from home in my room, which comes with an en-suite.

After work I enjoy going to the gym, watching a TV serie with the projector or gaming a bit in my room. I also like the occasional sharing meals/glass of wine, going to the pub, and catching up with the flatmate, but I also respect the flatmate's privacy if you would prefer doing your own thing. Having quite time for myself is also very important to me.

The Highgate area is quite nice with lots of independent restaurantes and cafes. Coop, Sainsburys, the park, and the tube station are minutes away.
