We have a single spare room available from 20th of July in our lovely, spacious and cosy home.

The house is amazing! It is a 5 bedroom period home on a lovely, leafy street and a ten minute walk from Brockwell Park and the Lido, if that's your kind of thing!

TRANSPORT LINKS
The house is nearby to great transport links and we are an almost equidistant walk from Loughborough Junction, Herne Hill , North Dulwich and Denmark Hill (all between a 10-15 minute walk away). Brixton is a short 10min bus ride away and the house is close by to bus links to Brixton, Elephant and Castle and Central London (68, 468, 42 and P4).

THE HOUSE
The house has a big garden (and ever growing weeds if you are green fingered!). The downstairs is open plan. There is a lovely, spacious kitchen, living room and downstairs loo. A rarity in London.

There is a large bathroom upstairs with a bath, shower and additional toilet. There is also a massive loft and cellar for storage!

THE ROOM
The room available is the smaller room, with loads of sunlight which has recently been re-decorated to a high standard. There is a storage cupboard and outside the room, is a space to hang clothes. It also comes with a bed frame, which can be made available if needed.

THE HOUSEMATES
We are 4 ladies and 1 cat, all in our late 30's plus. We all work full time across arts, health and public services. We are a friendly, clean and tidy bunch with lots of interests; including travel, wild swimming, film and the arts. We are good, open and mature communicators and get along well.

YOU
We are looking for someone with a good sense of humour who doesn't take themselves too seriously. We do have a gorgeous home so we want someone who respects it as much as we do.

RENT & BILLS
The £400 rent excludes bills, which are around £130 per month. A one month deposit is also required, which will be £400.
