As the flat has just been “put on the market”, expecting to sell late in the year, we are looking for a short term lodger.

The Room
Bedroom at £900 pcm, is large and includes: a king-sized bed + (12 months old) memory foam mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, a desk and chair.

Bills included: Council Tax, electricity, gas, water rates, TV license, broadband + the service of a cleaner for the communal areas of the flat.

Sharing with: One 30y/o professional female; the owners, occasionally use the third bedroom when in London, visiting from Barcelona

Most of the time 2 lodgers benefit from the use of the whole flat, including a bathroom each.
