Hi, I am the current tenant at this lovely 2-bed flat in Hendon. This bright and airy flat is conveniently located very close to Hendon Central station and has 2 large double bedrooms, a shared living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
The flat has amazing public transport options nearby: 7 minutes walking distance from Hendon Central station (Northern line), with four bus stops within 3 minutes walk away (bus routes 113, 143, 326, 186 to central London or near Brent Cross shopping Centre). There are also many local cafes, restaurants and shops and also 2 lovely parks within a few minutes’ walk away; Hendon Park and Sunny Hill Park.
The room offered is a large double bedroom with double bed, bedside table, desk, chest of drawers and a spacious wardrobe with ample storage space.
I am looking for a tidy, friendly and respectful flatmate, non-smoker, preferably not working from home.
Little bit about me…
I am a working professional originally from Slovakia working for NHS with different shift patterns, so you will have plenty of time by yourself in the flat. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, play tennis, visiting friends, travelling but also like to stay at home and watch some nice movie with a glass of wine.
The rent is £850 without bills. Electricity, Wifi and Councel Tax (Band C) comes approximately to £197 a month this year. Water bill comes every 9 months.
