Double Bedroom - Modern Flat with stunning view

Hi!
I am subletting my room over the month of July including beginning of August.

I have a double en-suite room available with stunning view from the bed towards Welsh Brent Reservoir.
The flat is super modern in a residential area on 5th floor with terrace and stunning view with the park.

You will be living with my flatmate (30, female, friendly) and my cat ( 4 years old, boy, friendly) until my return around mid August, might extend too.

The flat is equipped, I would make space in wardrobe and drawer for your stuff too.

There is huge Sainsbury supermarket few min walk away, but you have Starbucks cafe and Way To Save market only 3 min away for quicker shopping.

Transport:
Hendon train Station - thameslink takes you at King’s Cross in 16 min
Hendon Central tube station - 15 min walk
Busses - 3 min away

There is one requirement, around 11-17th July, my flatmate will be away as well, so you will need to feed and change the litter for the cat, so the person I am choosing to take the room needs to love animals and accept Abi :).
