Hello there, my name is Julius and I have a room to rent out in my lovely flat on Green Lanes. I am looking for a roommate to join the flat and bring the vibes :) Available from early August

A bit about the room/flat:

- Double bed available furnished/ unfurnished (Flexible on this depending on what you need to bring)
- Own full bathroom with Shower/Bath
- 2/3 Bedroom flat (One bedroom currently functions as an office/ spare bedroom which you are welcome to use)
- 2.5 Baths (2 Full baths + 1 Toilet)
- 2 floors so you'll get lots of steps in
- New build, literally completed last year so everything is brand new
- Miele kitchen appliances
- Dishwasher
- Washer + dryer in separate room so no awkward hanging up in your bedroom, living room.
- Private Balcony in the flat
- Shared Garden space with other tenants.
- Bike shed
- Cleaner every two weeks! (Included in price)
- 2nd/ 3rd Floor (Fob key access everywhere so very safe!)

A bit about me:

- 28 year old German
- Work in Higher Education at a university
- Main interests include film, music, food, and sport. I love going to the cinema and am crazy about film, so anyone with a penchant for good (and bad) cinema is always welcome. If I'm not watching films I'm listening to music, either on my earpods or surround speakers in the kitchen/ living room (Maybe yours soon?) with main genres being RnB and Hip- Hop, but anything goes really. I love staying active and go to the local gym a lot as well as cycling most places. In the evenings when I unwind I love to cook and am always keen to try out new recipes.
- I've been in London for over 6 years now and I love the city and the diversity it brings in terms of people, food, arts, culture and frequently like to partake in all of it, whether that be a play, a comedy show, a new restaurant, a farmers market, or whatever else that's fun that London has to offer.

A bit about you:

- No gender preference
- Ideally working professional (Master's/ PhD Students are fine, no bachelor students please!)
- Are 24-34, ideally with similar interests to mine, but this is not a prerequisite.
- An extroverted introvert! Someone who enjoys having fun and has an active social life and diverse and creative interests, but can also easily wind-down and have a chill one. Balance is key! I reallly want to feel like I'm coming home to someone I get along with and call a friend, I think this makes living together much more conducive for both of us.

Price is a bit on the higher end, but with a lot of space with only one other person (Over 1000sq feet) and a luxury feel, I think fully worth it, I hope you do too :) All bills + council tax included, as well as access to prime, netflix, disney +. Only change will be as heating works on a meter and not fixed costs, winter months (October - March) may be around 50£ or so more depending on usage.
